Myth Adventures (K-5)
Audio Guide Tour + Dramatic Performance
Herakles has homework; his assignment is to battle the mighty and scary Hydra of Lema. Prior to your Louvre Atlanta tour, a professional storyteller will share the myth of the second labor of Herakles as told on ancient Greek pottery featured in the exhibition.

Discovering the Past (6-12)
Audio Guide Tour + Dramatic Performance
A theatrical presentation depicting the thrill of unearthing history sets the stage for your gallery visit. A French archeologist from the 1800s shares one of the objects featured in the exhibition.
Program: 20 minutes; offered in English and beginner's or advanced French. Availability subject to change. Available Fridays, October 16, 2007 – May 18, 2008.

The Ancient Workshop (K-5)
Audio Guide Tour + Hands-on Workshop
After your audio guide tour, students participate in a hands-on studio workshop with a teaching artist. Experiment with creating hieroglyphics, cuneiform, cylinder seals, or artifacts from ancient lands or cultures.
Program: 30 minutes. Availability subject to change. Available Tuesday – Friday, beginning January 15, 2008.

Student group admission prices are $8 per student for Myth Adventures, Discovering the Past, and the Ancient Workshop. One chaperone for every seven students is required (one chaperone admission is free; additional chaperones discounted to $12 each).

Schedule a Tour
There are three ways you can schedule a tour:
1. Complete a school tour order form online at www.High.org/SchoolTours
2. E-mail the following information to SchoolTours@woodruffcenter.org:
• School name, address, school system, and contact phone number
• Number of students and number of adults
• Preferred date/time and alternate date/time
3. Call 404-733-4468 and speak to a scheduling assistant
